Story of Buddha's Wisdom

             Buddha's Wisdom

Once Buddha was sitting under a tree. A man came to him and started abusing him. After abusing Buddha that man stood there for some time and was waiting for Buddha's reaction or response on abusing but there wasn't even small change in Buddha's reaction .
Man got more angry  and used more insulting words to insult Buddha. Still he didn't got any reaction or response from him. This kept on going for few hours.
At last man got tired and asked buddha ," I have been abusing you ,insulting you yet you are not angry at me ??"
Buddha replied, " It's because I haven't accepted it." Man got confused & questioned him," but you heard it every single word even, didn't you?"
Buddha smiled and replied ," I don't need abuse....then why would I hear it?"
Man got more confused and stood there. Buddha understood his confusion and explained it further. "All those abuse remains with you."
Man replied ," I have said all those words to you. Then how it remains with me??
Buddha questioned, " suppose you give some coins and if that person does not accept that coins then with whom will those coins remains??"
Man replied," Then those coins will remain with me. "
After listening to man's reply buddha smiled and said to him," you are right! Same happened with abuse ."
"  So I have no reason to be angry with you."
Man understood his mistake and apologized to Buddha.

Speech writing

SPEECH ON CRUELTY ON BIRDS &                              ANIMALS

Good Morning to all respected Sir & Teachers and all my dear friends. I am X.Y.Z. deliver a speech on Cruelty on birds and animals.
Today , we all know that in our country species of birds and animals are declining rapidly. There are so many reason for declining them. Cruelty on birds and animals is the curse. People do their wrong and illigal use for earning purpose. Some people have their business on animals and birds . For example; huntering !  People catch parrot and sparrow and make them prisoner & sell them in return of money's worth.  Those Who purchases , keep them just for their happiness. How cruel it is ! How a man can compare it's happiness with someone life's freedom !
Some hunt deer and elephant and sell their body's valuable part in market. If donkeys don't do their work they are beaten by their owner. Ohh ! What a cruelty man does!  Coming days we sees in the newspaper about such cases. I think it's everyone responsibilities to protect them. If birds come in near our house or us then we have to love them.  Some grains and whatever they eat we have to give them .Don't shoo them.
So let's pledge that we will protect them. This issue can be removed only by us . So what are you thinking ?
Let's pledge for their safety. Thank you everyone for listening me and for co-operating with me.
      Thank you once again !

Sometimes just let it be !

                 Sometimes just let it be!
Once Buddha was walking from one town to another town with a few of his followers. This was in the initial days. While they were traveling, they happened to pass a lake. They stopped there and Buddha told one of his disciples, “I am thirsty. Please get me some water from that lake there”.
The disciple walked up to the lake. When he reached it, he noticed that some people were washing clothes in the water and, right at that moment, a bullock cart started crossing the lake right at the edge of it. As a result, the water became very muddy, very turbid. The disciple thought, “How can I give this muddy water to Buddha to drink?!” So he came back and told the Buddha, “The water in there is very muddy. I don’t think it is fit to drink”.
So, the Buddha said, let us take a little rest here by the tree. After about half an hour, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back to the lake and get him some water to drink. The disciple obediently went back to the lake. This time he found that the lake had absolutely clear water in it. The mud had settled down and the water above it looked fit to be had. So he collected some water in a pot and brought it to the Buddha.
The Buddha looked at the water, and then he looked up at the disciple and said, “See, You let the water be and the mud settled down on its own. You got a clear water. It didn’t require any effort”.
Moral: Your mind is also like that. When it is disturbed, just let it be. Give it a little time. It will settle down on its own. You don’t have to put in any effort to calm it down. We can judge and take best decisions of our life when we stay calm.

Let's learn View and Counterview

View and Counterview
View and Counterview is like a debate. They are like two sides of a coin. In these , we have to focus on positive and negative sides of a topic. Let's see how to write view - Counterview .

View Counter-view - Children Should not be burdened with homework
View :
Nowadays, children are sent to classes and tuitions from the tender age of 11 years. It might be necessary for some. But because of this, there is burden of homework that the child carries. Children so young have stress problems. They can't keep up with this and get depressed. After learning something in school and revising it in class, homework from both the places is given. This is brutal. More than necessary. They need practice. Agreed. But this much ? They get confused with their priorities.Because of this they also don't get time to play and for other activities.

Counter - view :
Children have become lazy and do not study. After doing homework they consider that their studies are over. But is that true ? If such is the case, Lots of homework should be given so that that particular individual gets practice. After solving math problems in school and classes, no body bothers to repeat them. Hence, homework is an effective way to give the children practice. Parents should be very careful about the homework given to their children and should help them to complete it.

Poem on Environment

LISTEN TO THE ENVIRONMENT
Environment is more precious than diamond & gold,
Taking care of it is our first priority as told.

Crops growing in soil with the help of rain, from sky,
Nature gives it freely to you without asking to whom & why?

Food comes from nature which fulfill your belly,
Have you ever thanked them really?

There is something each of us can do, to keep the rivers clean,
To keep fresh the air we breathe and keep forest green.

Water which quench your thirst,
It shouldn’t be your second love but first.

Feel your responsibility towards environment where you live,
The oxygen you get freely because they're trees which gives!

You’re in environment and environment is in you,
If you pollute air, water then it will also pollute you.

Help clean a beach or recycle bottle and cans,
Learn about problems we face and help others to understand.

If you’re nature lover or cares for mother earth,
Let’s see goddess shine from the lights of our heart.
